How do I shop?
Simply browse the items we have on our site and add them to your shopping cart.
Are the items available?
Yes, they are. We do have limited inventory of some items so be sure to take note of the available quantities. We strive to update our inventory, but there may be times that the quantity is not correct. We will inform you once you place your order.
Do you customize?
Oh, we do not offer that service for now. But hey, we got lots of items available for you to mix and match.
Can I return items?
Only certain decors can be returned. Item must be unused, sealed and still in their original packaging. Shipping will be shouldered by you. Returns should be done within 3 days after receipt of the item. Please get in touch with us to know if the item is returnable or not.
How about returning damaged items?
We package our items properly to ensure that you receive it with no damages. However, should the items arrived in unusable state, please take a photo of it and inform us immediately. Remember you got only 3 days to let us know.
Will you restock on sold out items?
As long as our supplier has the item, we will continue to restock. Send us a message of the items that you need so that we can check our incoming shipments.
Are items like poms and lanterns assembled and ready to hang or use?
To save on shipping costs, items like boxes, garlands, poms, lanterns, and stands ship flat. They do have instructions that come with the item. For balloons, they ship uninflated.
Do you accept rush orders?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours that you placed your order. Please send us a message at 0927-6499618 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Order may not be cancelled once it is shipped.
